Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the front desk is available from 08:00 until 18:00 at Corvin Plaza Apartments & Suites (Kisfaludy Street 3). The credit card provided will be pre-authorised for the total stay amount at least 14 days prior to your arrival to guarantee your booking. The blocked amount will be used as payment upon arrival. In case of booking 3 or more apartments, different policies and payment conditions may apply. In case of booking with non-refundable conditions, Maple Tree Budget Apartments requests to show photo identification and the credit card which was given in the reservation. If the guest is unable to show it, the property requests the payment in cash for security reasons. Please note that air conditioning is available in some units at an extra cost of EUR 5 per day and it has to be requested in advance.
