Transfer details: All guests are advised to inform of their arrival and departure flight details at the time of booking, or at least 24 hours prior to arrival. The resort will arrange for a shared speed boat transfer to the resort from Velana International Airport. Shared speed boat transfer is complimentary for all guests (not applicable to group bookings). Child policy: Kids Menu is free for children under 12 years when accompanied by their parents at the restaurant, provided at least one parent is dining. Newlywed and honeymooners: A valid wedding certificate not older than 6-months must be presented upon check in to avail of honeymoon amenities and services. Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The resort do not accept third party payment by credit card. Third party payment or payment on behalf is not accepted at the property, advance payment can be made via bank transfer prior to guest check in. Please note that due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional steps are required for guests to stay at this property. More details will be provided via message after booking. Please make sure to check local government websites for any travel restrictions before booking. • In order to avoid potential risk arising from stays in less controlled areas, the resort will not accept split stay reservations from tourists who initially stay in a guest house, city hotel, inhabited island or safari boat. • Guests arriving from another island resort on a split stay arrangement are required to produce a negative PCR result dated no more than 24 hours prior to arrival at the resort. Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The resort do not accept third party payment by credit card. Guests staying at the resort for more than seven nights will be requested to take a PCR test on the fifth day of their stay at no additional cost. Please note that this test does not replace the one that may be required by airlines or destination countries on departure.
