Highly recommend for a special visit

Absolutely beautiful venue, staff superb and helpful, bed super comfortable. Great location for ease of getting around. Breakfast was delicious.

Only trouble we had was when noisy guests came as the rooms all have windows onto a central area that aren't sound proof.

All in all, a great stay and great base from which to explore Marrakech

The Riad is well position in the heart of the markets and near the main square. The room was very comfortable and quiet and well appointed.

A bit more advice on how to reach the riad with luggage would have been useful given that there is no access by vehicle. A small desk and chair were not in the room at time of check in but provided on request.

It was nice, but if you plan to travel alone or at night, it felt unsafe.

It was quiet, quaint and traditional experience. The raid was very pretty.

It was located in a very narrow and sketchy corner of the madina. There were two accounts where we felt unsafe. Once was when someone followed us to the raid and demanded money and another was when someone tried to rob us by grabbing my boyfriends bag. Luckily, he was able to hold onto his bag. The staff spoke no English and the hotel driver tried to take our money as tip rather than paying the hotel for the fair.

it’s a beautiful property inside.

During breakfast time and in the afternoon it’s extremely noisy. People are eating and talking right in the middle of the riad. windows are not closed properly and it’s very noisy if you are not ready to wake up. also it’s little far in Medina and have a construction right next to the Riad. workers are working during the day and it’s dangerous to walk near. stuff members are just ok.

Soukaina (the receptionist) was extremely kind and polite.

The location is very unsafe. Drunk men walk later at night, and it is definitely not great for women to visit alone (like me and my friend). A taxi cannot drop you off at the front, which led to multiple men following us from the small square. The bathroom was small and mouldy as well as having broken tap and clogged drain. Very poor lighting in the room too.
