The property is so near Ayala mall Circuit and Samsung Performing Arts Theater. Just a few meters away. It has hot and cold shower , spacious room.

Elevator was still out of service, noises outside can be heard inside , we did not have a very restful night sleep due to loud shoutings outside the road! No cafe nearby , 7/11 was the only option...

It was a stone's throw away from samsung performing arts theater.

The ac was always on 25° and it was too hot inside the room even though we transferred rooms and there were bugs on the bed. We had red marks on our thighs which were itchy.
