It was pleasant and we...

The location was excellent, within walking distance of major malls and restaurants in the Makati CBD. Breakfast was okay--kinda basic, but tasty and filling. There's parking, too, up front.

The air conditioner wasn't working properly in our reserved room, but they quickly transferred us to an adjacent room--a minor thing that they took care of efficiently.

The staff are very accomodating, friendly and attends to my needs. Security guard is heartwarming. The only negative side on my stay is that the room is too small and aircon was so loud at night.

The breakfast can be improved. Too less food served for the hotel price I was charged.
