If you're going to the caves at Divaca, this is a great place to stay.

There were actually 2 bedrooms, and the one we used was really big with a nice armoire for storing our things. There was a secure garage for us to store our bicycles. The buffet breakfast was good with many options. The staff were very accommodating and we enjoyed a happy hour on the patio in front of the hotel. The attached restaurant has really good food, too. The hotel is convenient to the caves, which is nice.

It's nothing that the hotel can do anything about, but we were in the midst of a construction zone. The town was doing some major tearing up of the road, but the hotel was clean in spite of the surrounding conditions.

The receptionist organised a car service to the caves. The breakfast was very good. We would happily stay longer next time.

We got an upgrade to the hotel. The size of the room was great. It even comes with a fridge. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. They offered everything we needed for a one night stay.

Good place to stay for a short time in Divaca.

Distance from train station and other restaurants was great. Offered bikes for guest use which was much appreciated. Staff allowed us to store our bags onsite before check in time. Breakfast was great with a wide selection. Rooms were clean and wifi worked well.

Room was quite loud being right on the street (like literally a foot from passing cars). Construction work started at 0700 basically right outside our front door. Neither the construction nor the traffic were the fault of the hotel but our room was not the main hotel building. Looks like hotel added sleeping quarters to this other structure more recently.

Last minute booking, absolutely delighted with our decision. Incredibly welcoming of two wet, dusty bikers, with an offer to park the motorbikes in the secure garage. Food in the attached restaurant was the best we had all trip. Great little family run hotel, thoroughly recommend.

Room was ok, but no kitchen/washing machine

It was well located. Breakfast (included) was superb!!

My wife and I had 2br room. We only needed one bed. The hotel clerk said that was what we booked. I looked at our original reservation and booking.com changed from 2 people, 1br to 2 adults, 1 child and 2 br. It cost is and extra €10 for booking.com's mistake. This was entirely booking.com fault. They had changed other reservations in a similar manner and when I caught the mistake, I had to cancel and rebook for only 2 people. Shame on you looking.com! Also it would have been nice to have a hot water pot and coffee in the room, but there was zero cooking/coffee facilities. Nor was there a fridge nor washing machine.

The room was a lovely size, loved the little patio outside the room, with a table and chairs. The buffet breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. A good location for the caves, easy walking distance through the forest, the path was sign posted and enjoyable. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the supermarkets, we are in a local pizzeria and the restaurant owned by the hotel, both were good.

The B&B had the feeling of end of season wear, The shower head fitting in our bathroom was broken so you had to hold the shower to shower, not great. The reading lights above the bed didn't have bulbs in, so it made it difficult to read in bed. Reception staff said they were aware of the problem.

The staff were great! Very welcoming, smiley and very helpful. Our room was cooled down by the air-conditioning BEFORE we arrived on a very hot day - it was really appreciated! 🙏😃 Their buffet sbreakfast was very generous with savoury & seeet choices. Reception took care of our luggage whilst we visited the nearby spectacular Skocjan Caves only ten minutes drive away.

Being a local hotel, the reception hours only operate until 11:00 pm. Please let them know if you will be arriving after 11:00 pm so they can make arrangements to enter the hotel after hours.
