Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CHF 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that children staying in existing beds are included in the room rate. When children are accommodated in baby beds, the amount stated in the property policies has to be paid additionally to the room rate. Please note that children cannot be accommodated additionally to the maximum occupancy. Please inform GriwaRent in advance about the total number of guests staying at the property. When arriving with children, please include their age as well. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact them directly. Check-in is at the GriwaRent office between 16:00 and 17:00. A late check-in is possible for a surcharge. It should be requested at least 2 days before arrival and confirmed by GriwaRent. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. Please note that a damage deposit of 300 CHF will be pre-authorised (blocked) on the credit card on the day of booking. It will be refunded after the cleaning of the apartment on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card.

Could have been more kitchen supply (like oil, basic condiment, wrap paper etc) provided as it will make it much more convenient for the travellers who expect to rent an apartment with kitchen to cook...
