The only plus is Jomtien Beach is across the road. But very dirty. There are stray dogs and cats everywhere

Excellent location, nice clean and comfortable room. Kitchen was fully equipped for basic cooking.

Only challenge as this is not a hotel you have to fix your check in and check out time in advance and follow strictly as staff come and wait for you.

The bed was very hard , I didn't sleep well , ...and there was a shocking smell coming from a drain right near the swimming pool which made sitting around the pool very un pleasant.
