China Eastern Airlines

China Eastern Airlines began its history in 1957 by establishing an office at Shanghai Hongqiao SHA International Airport. Thanks to its successful management, China Eastern was developing dynamically and has become the third-largest airline in the People's Republic of China by 2020. In 1997, the airline's shares began to be traded on both the New York and Hong Kong stock exchanges. The airline's route network includes more than 1000 scheduled flights to 177 countries worldwide. As a member of the SkyTeam alliance, China Eastern Airlines successfully cooperates with major air carriers, which allows it to expand its flight geography significantly. In 2012, the company developed the "Dreams of China Eastern" concept, aiming to take a leading position among the world's best airlines. China Eastern Airlines Fleet

China Eastern Airlines' fleet is the youngest in the world and consisted of 600 modern airplanes at the beginning of 2020. Their age does not exceed five years. Every five years, the airline's fleet is expanded with new aircraft.
