Arhus
Aarhus is a Danish northern city located in the east of the Jutland peninsula. This is the second-largest city in Denmark, with one of the largest universities in the country, many museums and restaurants. One of the main attractions of Aarhus is the Old Town (Den Gamle By). This is a Skansen, which has 75 houses of the 19-20th centuries. Here you can find houses, bakeries, mills, shops, etc. The atmosphere is added by the performances of animators in historical costumes and authentic food. Another Aarhus hallmark is the Museum of Modern Art (ARoS Aarhus Kunstmuseum). Unusual installations already open at the entrance to the building, and the appearance of the hall already causes a storm of emotions. But the main feature of the museum is the observation deck, made in the form of a ring with rainbow glass windows. The Museum of Archeology and Ethnography seems to grow out of the ground, it houses one of the most popular mummies — a man from Grobolla. Aarhus has 14 restaurants marked in the Michelin Guide.
