Until recently, Jimbaran was a small fishing village in the south of Bali. Its development as a resort occurred at the end of the last century. It has benefited from the close proximity of the airport, the beautiful local scenery, and the magnificent beach. This place is suitable for holidays with young children — it has a wide sandy shore, gentle entrance to the ocean, the bay is protected from winds, so there are never waves. On the south side of Jimbaran Beach, there are luxury hotels and a perfect clean coast; while on the north side, there are many fishing boats. The pier divides the two parts, next to which is the fish market, the largest and most famous on the island. Further to the north is the airport, so you can watch airplanes take off and land directly from the shore. Most restaurants are located on the coast. They open in the evening and put tables right on the beach so that guests can enjoy the stunning sunsets.
