Hakone

Hakone is in Japan on Honshu Island. The village is considered as a starting point to explore the natural attractions of the region. Moreover, Hakone is famous for some of the most renowned geothermal springs in the country, making it a popular resort. In the village, you can visit the museum of the Little Prince, the hero of the work of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. Hakone district is located on the territory of Fuji Hakone Izu National Park, 80 kilometers from Tokyo. In addition to its amazing nature, this area is known as one of the most suitable places to see the main attraction of Japan — Mount Fuji. It looks exceptionally beautiful and romantic during the cherry blossom period. You should also visit the Ōwakudani Valley, take the Hakone Cable Cableway to a height of 1044 meters to watch volcanic activity, take a trip to Ashinoko Lake.
