Puerto Vallarta
Puerto Vallarta is a popular Mexican resort on the shores of the Pacific Ocean. It is located in the west of the state of Jalisco. The city attracts tourists with its luxurious beaches, picturesque nature. It is surrounded by skyward-facing mountain peaks and is located on the coast of the Bay of Bahía de Banderas. There are plenty of water attractions and entertainment in the city, with numerous hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, shopping centers, and open markets offering local artisans' products. Fans of history and peacefulness will be delighted by the ingenious weaving of ancient streets with snow-white houses under red-tiled roofs. You can visit the Botanical Garden of 8 hectares or the Archaeological Museum with valuable artifacts, some of which are older than seven thousand years. A must-visit place for taking a selfie is a photo in front of the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the city's trademark.
